Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 16, 2026
The Benefit Experts is an AI-powered drafting tool. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Our service is designed to help you organize your thoughts and draft a professional application, but the final responsibility for the accuracy and submission of your application lies solely with you.
1. Our Role
We provide tools to assist in the preparation of benefit applications (such as PIP). We use advanced AI to help structure your information and suggest professional phrasing. We do not guarantee the outcome of any application.
2. Your Role
You agree to provide honest and accurate information. Providing false information on a benefit application is a serious matter. You must review every word of the AI-generated draft to ensure it accurately reflects your reality before submitting it to any government body.
3. AI Limitations
While our AI is sophisticated, it can make mistakes. It may occasionally suggest phrasing that doesn't perfectly fit your situation. Our platform includes several "check points" where you must confirm facts. Use these carefully.
4. Fees & Payments
Some features of our platform require payment. All fees are clearly stated before you are charged. Due to the nature of AI processing and immediate service delivery, we generally do not offer refunds once a draft has been generated, unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Benefit Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the outcome of your benefit application.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent behavior. You can terminate your account at any time, which will result in the immediate deletion of your personal health data.
